Cancellation
We understand that schedule conflicts and last-minute changes happen. Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
If we don’t hear from you and you miss your appointment, it will be considered a no-show.

Repeated no-shows may result in a restriction on future bookings.

We may require payment for the missed service before your next appointment.
To cancel or reschedule, please call, text, or email us as soon as you know you can’t make it.
Late Arrival
Life happens—traffic, a meeting that runs long, an alarm that didn’t go off. We offer a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled start time.

If you have not checked in with our front desk or your barber within 10 minutes, we may begin servicing the next guest.

Clients who arrive on time receive priority. If you arrive late, you’re welcome to wait to see if we can still accommodate you or reschedule for another time.
Children & Safety
Your child’s safety is our priority. Children must be able to sit still so our barbers can work safely with clippers, scissors, and razors.

If a child is unable to sit safely, the barber may decline or pause the service.

We’ll always communicate concerns with the parent or guardian and do our best to complete the service when it’s safe to do so.

We aim to deliver tailored service so you leave happy and confident. If you need specific accommodations or have questions about what’s possible, please contact us before your visit to discuss details and timing.
Private Events
Celebrating something big? We can host private grooming events in-shop—think exclusive bookings, refreshments/catering, photography, and more to make it memorable.
